For many years I tended to have a rather pessimistic attitude toward many things, and even life in general. All that changed when I noticed that one of my friends frequently took an intentionally optimistic view of things. This intrigued me, because he really did seem to be a generally happy person. As we began to discuss these things together, and as I took small steps toward improving my mindset, I noticed that things really began to change for me! Since then I've been passionate about taking the most pro-active approach as possible, to my life and wellbeing.
